Setting up formal organisational structure for YFE Hyderabad
Guys,
In our first attempt to setup formal structure for YFE Hyderabad we had our first meeting today evening. 10 people attended the meeting. Currently we urgently require committed volunteers who feel strongly for the cause.
- Volunteers for their respective companies and colleges. W ho forward our emails, attend our agitations, inform their friends
- Volunteers who can give their personal time and enegy. They will co-ordinate activities in their respective companies and colleges. Actively search for more volunteers.
- Volunteers who wants to take ownership. Who are extremely committed
You are already part of us but you can be involved more depending on the commitment and time you have. Its for everyone who believes in the cause.
If you want to participate and contribute more pro-actively not only near short term (2 weeks) or short term(3 months) may be for much longer duration please contact me.
Our Short term goal:
- Comprehensive Review of Existing Reservation System
Our Mission :
- Equal Opportunities for Indians in United India in every walk of life. Homogeneous India where your last name doesn't matter. No deserving candidate shall be denied opportunity to study, work, live the way he/she wants to.
Time Frame:
- Minimum 3 months. Maximum, Life time.
Its an opportunity for all of us to get united and work for better India. We not only oppose the reservation in present form but we oppose discrimination in any form. We got linked for one cuase we want to make the bond stronger and cause bigger more selfless and more patriotic.
Together we can build the nation which we can be proud of...

the people who are working in various companies, how can they join you?
chetan we are having a meeting today 29th may at 8:00 pm in indulge if you are able to spend some of your time and energies on this you can comedown to cyber perl, indulge today or give a call to shreyas (mobile: 9394756563).

Many of us are working in EMEA timings will not be able to turn up at the meeting due to the conflict with the workhours eventhough interested to attend..
So Please post the agenda n minutes of the meeting on the group ID.

Can we have a meeting just for discussing long term plan?
I have few points:
1. We need to make people aware. Finding individuals which can propogate our ideas to bigger community. Since only professionals cannot reach everyone. And its not like that OBCs are not going to support. We have to make have-nots(OBCs) to understand.
2. We either need to build our own party or get support from a political party or individuals standing. Try to convince people who contest elections.
3. We can start a school at primary level just for backward community. Providing free education facilities.
4. Everyone should try to sponsor a child (Adopt or sponsor his education). This community should help people do that.
5. We essentially lack people who speak and understand Telugu.
6.Our blog should display in YFE site.
7.We need to have our group YFE a registered organisation.
Above activities are going to be time consuming process. I read BHU is doing something like that. They are communicating with Sarpanch of various villages.
